Nita Vemuri is a dual-degree candidate at Bard college-conservatory studying economics and piano performance under the guidance of Benjamin Hochman. Nita began piano at the age of four and is from Houston, Texas where she previously studied with Dr. Clive Swansbourne and Irina Fatkullina. She is a first-generation hispanic-asian student and hopes to help make music more accessible to all.
